Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Shree Infocom Solution (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or submit your details through our marketing campaigns — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertisements, Instant Forms, and other lead generation tools.

We are an India-based IT services company offering software development, web development, mobile app development, IT consulting, cloud services, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. This policy applies to all personal information we receive as a business, whether through our website, email, phone, WhatsApp, or advertising platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp).

By submitting a form, clicking a lead advertisement, or otherwise providing your information to us, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit your details.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Generation

If you reached us through a Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp advertisement, or you filled in a Meta Instant Form / Lead Form, this section applies to you.

  • We collect the information you choose to submit on the lead form. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and may also include city, company name, job title, website, and answers to questions about your IT or project needs.
  • We use this information only to contact you about the services you enquired about — including software development, web and mobile apps, cloud, consulting, and related IT solutions. We may follow up by phone call, email, SMS, or WhatsApp to understand your requirement, share a proposal, book a consultation, or provide requested information.
  • We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share lead data with unaffiliated companies so they can market their own products to you.
  • Submitting a Meta lead form is voluntary. By submitting the form you consent to Shree Infocom Solution collecting your details from Meta and contacting you for the purpose described above.
  • You can opt out of further marketing contact at any time by emailing info@shreeinfocom.com, calling +91 9552311190, or telling our team during a call. We will stop promotional messages. We may still contact you if needed to complete an existing enquiry or legal obligation.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly, information generated when you use our website or ads, and information that advertising platforms share with us when you interact with our campaigns.

A. Information from Meta lead forms and ads

When you complete a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form, click a lead ad, click-to-call ad, click-to-WhatsApp ad, or similar Meta campaign, Meta shares with us the fields you submitted. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (mobile)
  • City, state, or country
  • Company name and job title
  • Website or business details
  • Free-text answers about your project, budget, timeline, or services of interest
  • The ad, campaign, or form you came from (so we know how you found us)
B. Information from our website and other channels

We also collect information when you:

  • Fill in the contact form on this website (name, email, phone, subject, message)
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or request a callback
  • Email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram
  • Attend a meeting, webinar, or consultation that we schedule after a lead
C. Technical and advertising data

When you visit our website or view our ads, we and our advertising partners (including Meta) may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, approximate location, ad interactions (impressions, clicks, form opens), and cookie or pixel identifiers. This data is used to operate the site, measure campaign performance, and improve our marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • Lead follow-up: to respond to enquiries generated from Meta ads, Instant Forms, our website, and other campaigns; to call or message you about the services you requested; and to schedule consultations.
  • Service delivery: to prepare quotations, proposals, statements of work, and to provide IT services if you become a client.
  • Customer support: to answer questions, share relevant service information, and keep a record of our communication with you.
  • Marketing (with your consent or as permitted by law): to send updates about our IT services, case studies, or offers that relate to your original enquiry. You can opt out at any time.
  • Advertising measurement and improvement: to understand which ads and forms work, reduce duplicate leads, and show more relevant ads (including through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Custom Audiences, as described below).
  • Legal and security: to comply with applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), prevent fraud or abuse, and protect our rights.

We do not use lead data for unrelated purposes. If you submitted a form asking about software development or another IT service, we will use your details to discuss that enquiry and related services from Shree Infocom Solution — not to sell your data to third-party advertisers.

3. Consent for Meta Lead Ads

When you tap Submit on a Meta Instant Form that links to this Privacy Policy, you consent to:

  • Meta collecting the information you enter and sharing it with Shree Infocom Solution;
  • Shree Infocom Solution storing that information and using it to contact you about our products and services by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp;
  • our use of Meta advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to confirm that a lead was received and to improve ad delivery, as described in this policy.

You can withdraw consent for marketing contact at any time using the details in the Your Rights section. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business and our advertising, and as described below.

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: If you interact with our Facebook or Instagram ads or forms, Meta processes your data under its own policies. We also send limited event data back to Meta (for example, that a lead was submitted or a contact was made) so we can measure and optimize campaigns. See Meta Pixel & Business Tools.
  • Service providers: We may use trusted vendors who help us host this website, store leads (for example CRM or email tools), send emails or WhatsApp messages, or provide IT infrastructure. They are allowed to use your data only to perform services for us and must keep it confidential.
  • Our team: Authorized employees or partners of Shree Infocom Solution who need the information to follow up on your enquiry or deliver services.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfer: If we merge, restructure, or transfer our business, lead and customer records may be part of that transfer, still subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share lead lists with other companies for their independent marketing.

5. Meta Pixel, Conversions API & Custom Audiences

To run and improve Meta lead generation campaigns, we use Meta Business Tools on our website and in our ad accounts. These tools are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

  • Meta Pixel: A snippet of code on our website that records visits, button clicks, and form completions. It helps us know if someone who saw or clicked our ad later visited our site or contacted us.
  • Conversions API (CAPI): A server-to-server connection that can send the same kinds of events (for example, Lead, Contact, or CompleteRegistration) more reliably than the browser pixel alone.
  • Advanced Matching: We may send hashed (encrypted) identifiers such as email or phone so Meta can match events to ad interactions more accurately. Hashing is intended to protect the raw values in transit to Meta.
  • Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences: We may upload hashed customer or lead lists, or build audiences from people who engaged with our ads or website, so we can reach people who already showed interest, or similar audiences. We do this in line with Meta’s Customer List Custom Audiences terms. You can opt out of our marketing and request deletion of your data as described below. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Meta uses this information according to the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Business Tools Terms. We use these tools to measure lead quality, reduce wasted ad spend, and show our IT services to people who are more likely to need them — not to sell your identity to other advertisers.

If you are in a region where Meta offers Limited Data Use or similar controls, we will configure our pixel and events in line with those options where applicable.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and support advertising measurement (including the Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site features and our ability to measure ads. Third-party platforms such as Meta may set their own cookies when our ads or pixel load; those are governed by Meta’s policies.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • Meta and website leads: typically up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner, or you become a client (in which case we keep records as needed for the engagement and legal/accounting requirements).
  • Client and project records: for the duration of the contract and for a reasonable period afterwards as required by tax, contract, or professional record-keeping rules.
  • Marketing suppression / opt-out lists: we retain enough information (for example, your email or phone) to honour your request not to be contacted.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it from our active systems, subject to backups that are overwritten in the ordinary course.

8. Your Rights and How to Opt Out

Depending on applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or for processing that was based on consent
  • Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity, where the law allows

To exercise these rights, email info@shreeinfocom.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include your name, the phone or email you used on the form, and what you want us to do (correction, deletion, or stop contacting you). We will respond within a reasonable period.

Opt-out of Meta lead follow-up: If you submitted a Facebook or Instagram lead form and no longer want us to call, email, SMS, or WhatsApp you for marketing, tell us using the contact details above. Please mention that you came from a Meta / Facebook / Instagram ad so we can locate the right record quickly.

You can also control ads you see on Facebook and Instagram through your account’s Ad Preferences, and you can use industry opt-out tools where available. Opting out of our contact does not automatically stop Meta from showing ads from other advertisers.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Access to lead and customer information is limited to people who need it for follow-up or service delivery. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we work to reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website, services, and advertising (including Meta lead ads) are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted a lead form, please contact us and we will delete the information.

11. International Processing

We are based in India. Meta, cloud hosts, and other service providers may process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take steps appropriate to the relationship and the law so that your information continues to be protected in line with this policy.

12. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our ads and website may link to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other third-party sites. Those platforms have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. Please read Meta’s privacy policy when you use those services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we change how we run Meta campaigns or if the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or submission of a new lead form after an update means the revised policy applies to that new information.

14. Contact Us / Grievance Officer

For questions about this Privacy Policy, Meta lead data, access or deletion requests, or to withdraw consent, contact:

Please use email for written privacy and data-deletion requests so we have a clear record. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete them without undue delay.
